Suggested use:

Take the Energy Oat Bar before, during or after exercise. Eat 1–2 bars per hour during exercise. Use depends on personal need for carbohydrates. For extra energy, combine the Energy Oat Bar with an Isotonic Sports Drink or Isotonic Energy Drink.
