When choosing the method of payment by bank transfer to the account of Movepro GmbH (by offer/prospectus invoice) the delivery can be delayed because the order continues to be processed after receipt of payment according to the offer/prospectus invoice.
Delivery time
Our products are delivered with the courier services DPD. Orders placed before 10 a.m. on weekdays are processed the same day. The package is then usually delivered within 1-5 working days by the DPD courier service, unless payment by quote/invoice is selected. At this point, delivery may be delayed as the order will only go into processing after TRR has received payment.
We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Orders then placed will be processed and shipped on the first business day.
Delivery process
Courier companies will inform you of the approximate delivery time via email or call. If you do not have time to collect it in person, the package will be waiting for you. DPD also offers you the option of depositing your parcel in the nearest parcel machine or delivery point. With the received notification and your personal document, you can easily pick up the package.
If you are not at the address provided at the time of delivery, the courier will send you a message with instructions on where to pick up the package or who to contact to redeliver the package.
Shipment tracking
After the shipment has been sent, the courier will send you a tracking number via message or email, which you can use to check where your package is and when it will arrive at any time.
