Protein pudding is a great bedtime snack. It contains proteins with a gradual release, which provide us with proteins even during sleep. Consume 1-2 servings 30 minutes before bedtime.

Ingredients

  • 200 ml skimmed milk
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1,5 scoop of 6d Night Protein (vanilla)
  • 1  tablespoon of peanut butter

Instructions

Peel the banana and cut it into pieces. You can save some pieces for decoration, but it is not necessary. Mix all the ingredients with a mixer to a liquid texture. Divide the resulting mixture into two cups and garnish with a banana if desired.

Cover the mixture with foil and place it in the refrigerator. Let rest for at least 30 minutes to thicken. Bon Appetit.
