Because of their high protein content, protein bars are a great post-workout snack to aid in muscle recovery. The bars are high in healthy fats and carbohydrates, so they fill you up well and provide you with energy after training. They can also be consumed throughout the day as a healthy meal replacement.

Ingredients

  • 110 g oats
  • 45 g almond flour
  • 3 scopps 6d Vegan Protein (Chocolate Flavor)
  • a pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 130 g maple syrup
  • 4 tablespoons of soy milk
  • 45 g peanuts
  • 1 tablespoons of flaxseed

Instructions

In a large bowl, mix together the oatmeal, almond flour, 6d vegan protein powder, cocoa powder, and salt. Slowly heat the peanut butter along with the maple syrup until they become liquid and ready to mix.

Add these to the other ingredients and mix well. Then add soy milk and mix. Finally stir in the peanuts and flaxseeds. Form the mass into tiles and place on baking paper. Place the prepared tiles in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Bon appetit.
