UMARA Vitamin D3 2500 IU is a vitamin D3 supplement for athletes and active people who want to support their vitamin D intake, especially during the darker months of the year.

Each tablet provides 2500 IU / 62.5 µg of vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), equal to 625% of the reference daily intake. Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system, normal muscle function, normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus, and the maintenance of normal blood calcium levels.

Vitamin D is particularly relevant in autumn and winter, when sunlight exposure is lower and the body’s natural vitamin D production may be reduced. UMARA Vitamin D3 2500 IU is designed for simple daily use — one tablet per day provides approximately six months of use.

The pack contains 190 tablets. Take 1 tablet daily, preferably in the morning with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
