The tasty vegan recovery chocolate balls consist of high-quality vegetable proteins. They are rich in fiber and omega-3 fatty acids. Consume 4-5 balls post-workout, depending on exercise intensity and goals.
Ingredients
- 50 g oats
- 125 g dates
- 4 scoops 6d Vegan Protein (chocolate)
- 6 tablespoons of flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon of coconut flour
Instructions
Remove the pits from the dates and soak them in boiling water for 30 minutes. Then drain them and save the drained liquid. Blend the oatmeal in a blender to make oatmeal. Add dates, vegan protein and flax seeds. Mix the ingredients.
Then start adding the drained liquid from the dates and mix well. Form balls (12 balls) and roll them in coconut flour. Place the balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
