Amacx Maltodextrin is a dietary supplement that can be used before, during or after training/competition. It can be combined with electrolytes and consumed before and during training/competition or added to protein post training/contest and consumed as a recovery drink. Amacx Maltodextrin is made from 100% pure maltodextrin and provides 28.5g of carbohydrates per serving (30g). It's tasteless.
Maltodextrin is made up of glucose molecules. It has a high glycemic index. It provides a quick supply of energy and does not cause stomach problems.

Suggested use:
Make your own sports drink with Malto Dextrin and take it before, during or after exercise.
Use as a sports drink: add 30 grams to 500 or 750 ml of water. Drink during exercise.
Add one portion (30 g) of Maltodextrin to your Protein Shake and drink it within 45 minutes after exercise.
As a carboloader: take 2 servings (2×30 grams) 2 or 3 days before exercise. Take 3 to 4 servings the day before and another 2 servings 2-3 hours before the race.
Warning: Not recommended for children and pregnant women. A nutritional supplement is no substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The basis is good nutrition and sufficient training.
