Recommended use
Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with a meal.

Probiotic blend, capsule (glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose)), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide).
1 capsule contains the probiotic strains Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium breve, Bifidobacterium lactis, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus brevis and Lactobacillus rhamnosus, each providing 2000 × 10⁶ CFU.
