Precision Fuel & Hydration - PF 90 Gel

Precision Fuel energy gels PF 90 or the so-called “jumbo gels” contain up to 90 g of carbohydrates per gel. The practical packaging combines three normal energy gels. PF 90 Gel has a closure that allows portioned consumption. One PF90 gel is enough for 60 minutes of moderate to high intensity training.

Energy gels PF 90 contain 90 g of carbohydrates per gel and a special carbohydrate matrix in a ratio of 2:1 (maltodextrin and fructose). This optimal combination enables rapid absorption of 90 to 120 g of carbohydrates per hour and without digestive disorders. The texture of the gel has been carefully designed to reduce stickiness in the mouth. This means that the isotonic drink does not have to be drunk immediately after consuming the gel. The taste is mild and neutral, which is an advantage when consuming large amounts of gels during competition.
