Maurten Drink Mix 320 is an ideal product that provides us with energy and adequate hydration during training or competition. It can be taken before, during or after training/competition.
The drink contains 80 g of carbohydrates per serving, which consist of a specially developed carbohydrate matrix. This allows for faster and better absorption of carbohydrates compared to competing products. The carbohydrate matrix consists of maltodextrin and fructose. Research has shown that the body absorbs up to 60 g of carbohydrates per hour from glucose. The innovative carbohydrate matrix in the product enables the intake of up to 90 g of carbohydrates per hour. In the acidic environment of the stomach, the sports drink turns into a so-called hydrogel, which enables the drink to be absorbed quickly without putting additional strain on the stomach.
Mix Drink Mix 320 with 500ml water and stir well to completely dissolve. Be precise with the dosage as the drink is designed for an aqueous solution with a calcium content of less than 40 mg/l.
