6d SPORTS GEL – MIXED FLAVOURS

A liquid energy gel providing 30 g of carbohydrates and 200 mg of sodium, available in a mixed box of six flavours.

6d Sports Gel is a liquid energy gel designed for use during demanding training sessions and competitions. Its fluid consistency makes it easy to consume while exercising, even at higher intensities, while the compact 45 ml sachet fits neatly into a cycling jersey pocket, running belt or race vest.

Each gel provides 30 g of carbohydrates in a 2:1 glucose-to-fructose ratio. One sachet equals one Sports Unit within the 6d Sports Series, making it easier to plan carbohydrate intake accurately throughout exercise. It can also be combined with other products from the 6d Sports Series and 6d Ultra Series.

Each gel also contains 200 mg of sodium. As sodium is the main electrolyte lost through sweat, an adequate intake is particularly relevant during longer or more demanding sessions. The gel should be consumed with sufficient water.

The box contains six 45 ml gels: all five 6d Sports Gel flavours, plus one Sports Ice Orange. The mixed selection is ideal for discovering the full flavour range or adding variety to your fuelling strategy during longer sessions and races. The Cola flavour contains 75 mg of caffeine per gel.

6d Sports Gel is vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free. It is also tested for banned substances, making it suitable for competitive and professional athletes.
