UMARA U Intend Shot is a concentrated pre-workout shot for demanding training sessions, races and high-intensity efforts. Ready to drink in a 60 ml format — no mixing, no extra bottle.

Each shot provides 6 g citrulline malate, 3 g beta-alanine, 3 g arginine AKG and 250 mg caffeine. The formula is designed for use before intervals, threshold work, strength training and demanding endurance sessions.

The shot contains negligible amounts of energy, fat, carbohydrates, protein and salt. A compact pre-workout option without additional carbohydrates.

Take 1 shot approximately 45 minutes before activity. New users should start with ½ shot to assess tolerance, as beta-alanine can cause a temporary tingling sensation.

High caffeine content: 250 mg per shot. Not recommended for children, pregnant women or breastfeeding women. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
