Noutron Premium Endurance was developed by Noutron in collaboration with their elite athletes. After months of testing different formulations, they created an optimized carbohydrate blend based on the latest science of fueling before and during endurance exercise.

Glucose and fructose are absorbed via different intestinal transporters (SGLT1 and GLUT5), which allows the body to absorb more carbohydrates per hour.
Together they enable absorption of approximately 90 g of carbohydrates per hour.
The role of isomaltulose
Isomaltulose is a slow-release carbohydrate, helping to maintain:

smooth and sustained energy delivery
This helps preserve glycogen stores and reduce the risk of hitting the wall during long efforts.
Electrolytes for hydration
Premium Endurance contains essential electrolytes:

chloride
magnesium
These support hydration, muscle function and endurance performance.
When consumed during exercise, we recommend mixing 40 g of powder with 500 ml of water.
When taken before training, we recommend mixing 80 g of powder with 500 ml of water approximately 1 hour before activity.
