226er – VEGAN VITAMIN+ contain up to 24 vitamins and minerals that are specifically tailored to the needs of all athletes. Vegan capsules also contain silicon from bamboo and coenzyme Q10. Vitamins and minerals are necessary for the normal functioning of the organism, especially in times when we are exposed to stressful situations, such as strenuous training, games, travel, psychological stress or lack of sleep and rest.

The Vegan Vitamin+ formula contains 500 mg vitamin C, 40 mg vitamin E, 10 mcg vitamin B12, 14 mg iron, 200 mg magnesium, 25 mg silicon and 60 mg coenzyme Q10. The formula is supplemented by vitamins A, D, K, B1, B2, B6, biotin, B9, B3, B5, iodine, copper, manganese, crown, molybdenum, selenium, zinc and L-leucine.
