Amacx Hydro Tabs are effervescent electrolyte tablets for preparing a light, refreshing drink before, during or after training. They are made for athletes who want electrolytes in their bottle without added sugar and without carbohydrates.
Each tablet provides 205 mg sodium, 56 mg magnesium, 70 mg potassium and 28 mg vitamin C. Dissolve one tablet in 500 ml or 750 ml of water to create a fresh electrolyte drink with sodium, magnesium, potassium and vitamin C.
Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and electrolyte balance. Vitamin C contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Hydro Tabs are a practical choice when you want an electrolyte drink without carbohydrates — for example in warm conditions, during longer sessions, shorter high-intensity efforts or as a refreshing addition to your usual sports nutrition strategy.
