Suggested use:

Dissolve the tablet in ice-cold water. For faster dissolving, the tablet can be broken in half. Drink before, during or after exercise.

For active lifestyle support, take 1 tablet per day, preferably in the morning.

For exercise and physical activity, take 1–2 tablets before or after your workout.

During more intensive training periods, take 1 tablet in the morning, 1 at noon and 1 in the late afternoon.

During competition periods or rehabilitation, take 1 tablet in the morning, 1–2 tablets before or after exercise, and 1 tablet before sleep.

Ingredients:

Salmon protein hydrolysate, citric acid, potassium hydrogencarbonate, maltodextrin, natural lemon and lime flavouring, steviol glycosides. Allergen: contains fish / salmon.

Each tablet contains 17 kcal / 70 kJ, 1.13 g of amino acids, 0.3 g of carbohydrates and 0.03 g of fat.

The naturally occurring amino acids include: alanine, arginine, aspartic acid and asparagine, cystine and cysteine, glutamic acid and glutamine, glycine, histidine, hydroxyproline, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, ornithine, phenylalanine, proline, serine, threonine, thyroxine, tryptophan, tyrosine, taurine and valine.

The product also contains vitamins B12 (60% RDA), B6 (0.7% RDA), B3 (0.5% RDA), B1 (0.4% RDA), B2 (0.3% RDA), B9 (1.0% RDA) and C (0.9% RDA), as well as micronutrients: zinc (35.8% RDA), potassium (20.2% RDA), selenium (14.1% RDA), copper (9.1% RDA), phosphorus (2.5% RDA), iodine (2.0% RDA), iron (1.2% RDA), chlorine (1.0% RDA), magnesium (0.1% RDA), sodium (0.8% RDA) and calcium (0.022% RDA).
