SANAS ALPHAMAX is a high-performance carbohydrate and electrolyte sports drink developed for endurance athletes during long and demanding training sessions and competitions.
The formula uses a 1 : 1 glucose-to-fructose ratio and allows athletes to adjust carbohydrate and sodium intake according to session duration, exercise intensity and their planned fuelling strategy. SANAS ALPHAMAX is suitable both for standard hydration during training and for high-carbohydrate fuelling strategies during long or high-intensity efforts.
For standard use, 2 scoops (48 g) mixed with 500 ml of water provide 45 g of carbohydrates and 250 mg of sodium per bottle. This option is especially suitable for longer training sessions and activities where fluid intake and consistent energy intake are equally important.
For high-carbohydrate use, 4 scoops (96 g) mixed with 500–600 ml of water provide 90 g of carbohydrates and 500 mg of sodium per bottle. This option is designed for athletes who require a higher intake of carbohydrates and electrolytes during long-duration or high-intensity exercise.

Depending on your needs and training load, there are two options for use:
STANDARD USE – 45g carbohydrates and 250mg sodium per 500ml bottle: Mix 2 scoops (48g) with 500ml water. Suitable for prolonged and intense exercise where optimal hydration is just as important as replenishing carbohydrate stores.
HIGH-CARB USE – 90g carbohydrates and 500mg sodium per bottle (500–600ml): Mix 4 scoops (96g) with 500ml water. Ideal for long or intense sessions where an increased intake of carbohydrates and electrolytes is desired.
