226ers – NIGHT RECOVERY CREAM 2.0 is a dietary supplement consisting of three different protein fractions that occur naturally in milk. The protein mixture consists of micellar casein, whey protein concentrate and whey protein isolate from the milk of grass-fed cows. Whey protein isolate and concentrate are assimilated extremely quickly, while micellar casein is characterized by a gradual release of up to 7 hours.

One serving contains 30-32 g of protein and less than 2 g of carbohydrates. The drink does not contain gluten and is also suitable for vegetarians. It has a loose, creamy texture. Night Recovery Cream is ideal before going to bed, as it enables the supply of protein even while sleeping and thus has a positive effect on the speed of regeneration.

The protein matrix consists of 60% micellar casein, 30% whey protein concentrate and 10% whey isolate. Increased blood flow leads to a better supply of oxygen and necessary nutrients to the muscles, which stimulates the regeneration process.

Suggested use:

Dissolve 2 scoops (40g) of product into 150-200ml of water, milk or veggie drink. Take 30 minutes before going to sleep.
